1. Show up and serve a meal; this can include set-up and clean-up.
Set-up requires notice and being here about 30 minutes ahead of the meal.
Clean-up will keep you here perhaps 30 minutes after the meal service is
completed.
2. Cook and serve; this also can include set-up and clean-up. You may
use our food, or you may provide your own. See #1 for set-up & clean-up
scheduling. For cooking, you will need to arrive considerably earlier than just
for serving. How early depends upon the particular menu. The cook will guide you
in this scheduling. This will normally be 90 minutes to 2 hours ahead of
serving.
3. Bring a pre-cooked meal and serve; this also can include set-up and
clean-up. Your arrival time prior to the meal will depend upon how much
re-heating time is needed. See #1 for set-up & clean-up scheduling.
4. Prepare a meal off-site for us to pick up and serve. Use disposable
containers as much as possible. Let us know about any further cooking
preparations that may be required of us.
5. A Saturday breakfast option is also available (with or without conducting
morning chapel). Call Rev. Poteat (870-4782) for details.
Meal schedule:
Mon - Fri : The dinner meal is served at 5:45.
Saturday : The dinner is served at 5:10.
Sunday : The dinner is served at 3:30. (There may also be a chapel-conducting
option available).
Beverages: We always have hot coffee and cold sweet tea & water (with
plenty of ice). Alternate beverages may be served at your discretion.
Desserts: Sweets are always a good idea. Home-made are best, but
there are also many good store-bought goodies available.
